Job Title: PE Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S5, S9)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are searching for an enthusiastic PE Teacher to join schools in Sheffield, serving the S5 and S9 areas. The Physical Education (PE) Teacher will deliver dynamic lessons across a range of sports and physical activities, encouraging participation and skill development for students of all abilities.

Main Duties:

  • Plan and deliver PE lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Organise and lead a variety of sports and physical activities.
  • Encourage teamwork, discipline, and positive sportsmanship.
  • Maintain a safe and structured learning environment during activities.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements of PE Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching Physical Education in a school setting.
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
