Job Title: MFL Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S5, S9)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are currently looking for a passionate MFL Teacher to work in schools across the S5 and S9 areas of Sheffield.

As a Modern Foreign Language (MFL) Teacher, you will deliver high-quality lessons that help pupils develop speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in a modern foreign language while building confidence in communication.

Prime Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging MFL lessons in line with the curriculum.
  • Encourage pupils to develop language skills through interactive activities.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Contribute to departmental planning and school language initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience working as an MFL Teacher in a school setting.
  • Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
