Job Title: Art Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S5, S9)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time
Are you a creative and enthusiastic Art Teacher who enjoys inspiring students through artistic expression?
Schools in Sheffield (S5, S9) and GSL Education are hiring an inspiring Art Teacher to deliver engaging and imaginative art lessons.
As an Art Teacher, you will support students in developing creative skills, exploring different techniques, and building confidence in their artistic abilities. You will encourage learners to express ideas through various materials while maintaining a positive and supportive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and creative art lessons.
- Encourage students to explore different artistic styles and materials.
- Assess and monitor student progress regularly.
- Promote creativity, participation, and independent thinking.
- Maintain positive behaviour and classroom engagement.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Art in a school setting.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Good communication and organisational abilities.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
