Job Title: SEN Teacher
Location: Dartford
Salary: £150 – £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive school in Dartford. Key Responsibilities of SEN Teacher:

  • Deliver tailored and engaging lessons to students with a range of special educational needs.
  • Adapt teaching strategies to support individual learning styles and developmental needs.
  • Monitor, assess, and record student progress, providing constructive and personalised feedback.
  • Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs and other professionals to support student development.

Requirements for SEN Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with students with SEN, including but not limited to ASD, ADHD, MLD, SLD, or SEMH.
  • Strong understanding of differentiated teaching and behaviour management strategies.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
