Salary: £150 – £220 per day (Depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities of the SEN Teacher:
- Plan, deliver, and assess tailored lessons that meet the needs of students with a variety of special educational needs.
- Support pupils in developing academic, social, and emotional skills.
- Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment where all learners feel valued.
- Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCOs, therapists, and parents/carers to ensure consistent progress and well‑being.
Requirements for the SEN Teacher role:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD, MLD, SEMH).
- Strong understanding of differentiated teaching and behaviour support strategies.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and organisational skills.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
