Salary: £150 – £220 per day (Depending on experience)

GSL Education are seeking an enthusiastic, skilled, and nurturing SEN Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive school in Medway. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact by helping learners overcome barriers and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities of SEN Teacher:
- Deliver personalised and engaging lessons tailored to a range of SEN needs.
- Foster a supportive, structured, and inclusive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and parents/carers.
- Monitor student progress and adapt teaching plans to meet individual targets.
- Promote independence, confidence, and social/emotional development.
Requirements for SEN Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with pupils with SEND (e.g., ASD, SEMH, MLD, PMLD).
- Strong behaviour management skills and a nurturing approach.
- Excellent communication, patience, and adaptability.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
