Job Title: Learning Support Assistant – Secondary Focus
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £460 – £600 per week
Contract Type: Full time, long-term / Day-to-day
Start Date: Immediately
Are you passionate about helping secondary school students succeed in their education? A school in Sheffield is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to provide additional support to students in the classroom.

About the Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will support students during lessons, helping them stay engaged and confident in their learning.
Responsibilities:
• Support students during lessons and learning activities.
• Assist teachers with classroom organisation and resources.
• Provide individual or small group learning support.
• Encourage student confidence and participation.
• Help maintain a positive and focused classroom environment.
Qualifications:
• Experience supporting secondary school students preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Supportive and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively within a school team.

• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
• Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
