Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £460 – £650 per week
Contract Type: Full time, long-term / Day-to-day
Start Date: Immediately
Are you confident managing a classroom and supporting students during lessons? A school in Sheffield is seeking a proactive Cover Supervisor to ensure lessons run smoothly during teacher absences.

About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will manage classrooms and deliver pre-prepared lesson materials while maintaining positive behaviour and engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise students and deliver prepared lesson content.
• Maintain classroom discipline and learning focus.
• Support students with lesson tasks when required.
• Follow school behaviour and safeguarding policies.
• Report lesson outcomes to teaching staff.
Qualifications:
• Experience working with young people desirable.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Confident classroom presence.
• Ability to manage behaviour effectively.
