Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Doncaster
Salary: £460 – £650 per week
Contract Type: Full time, long-term / Day-to-day

Are you confident leading a classroom and supporting students in their learning? A school in Doncaster is seeking a reliable Cover Supervisor to maintain continuity in lessons and ensure students remain engaged during teacher absences.

About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will oversee lessons using pre-prepared materials while ensuring positive behaviour and engagement in the classroom.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise classes and deliver pre-prepared lesson materials.
• Maintain positive classroom behaviour and learning focus.
• Support students with tasks and classroom activities.
• Ensure school policies and procedures are followed.
• Provide feedback to teachers regarding lesson progress.
Qualifications:
• Experience working with young people preferred.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Confident and professional approach to supervising lessons.
• Ability to adapt to different subjects and classrooms.

• Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
• Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
