Job Title: Drama Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S2, S3)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time
Encourage creativity and confidence by helping students explore storytelling, performance, and self-expression through drama.
GSL Education are searching for a creative Drama Teacher to join schools in Sheffield (S2, S3), delivering engaging lessons that inspire imagination and build performance skills.
As Drama Teacher, you will guide students through practical drama activities, helping them develop confidence, teamwork, and communication while exploring different performance techniques and theatrical styles.
Main Duties:
- Deliver engaging Drama lessons that encourage creativity and participation
- Support students in developing performance and presentation skills
- Promote teamwork and confidence through practical activities
- Maintain a positive and well-managed learning environment
- Monitor student progress and provide helpful feedback
Requirements of Drama Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Experience teaching Drama in an educational setting
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Enthusiasm for creative arts and student development
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
