Job Title: Art Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S2, S3)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time
Are you a creative and inspiring Art Teacher who enjoys helping students express their ideas through art and design?
Schools in Sheffield (S2, S3) and GSL Education are looking for a passionate Art Teacher to deliver engaging and well-structured art lessons.
As an Art Teacher, you will support students in developing artistic techniques, exploring different materials, and building confidence in creative expression. You will create a positive classroom environment where learners feel encouraged to experiment and share their ideas.
Prime Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative and engaging art lessons.
- Encourage students to explore different artistic styles and techniques.
- Assess and monitor student progress regularly.
- Support creativity, participation, and independent thinking.
- Maintain positive behaviour and classroom engagement.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Art in a school setting.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Good communication and organisational abilities.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
