Salary: £32,916 – £51,048 per annum
Contract: Full Time

GSL Education are seeking a knowledgeable Business Studies Teacher to join a secondary school in York.

The Business department focuses on developing pupils’ understanding of enterprise, finance and real world business concepts while encouraging analytical and problem solving skills.
Responsibilities

Teach Business Studies across KS4 and KS5

Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum

Prepare pupils for GCSE or A Level examinations

Monitor pupil progress and provide targeted support

Encourage discussion of real world business issues
Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience teaching Business Studies in a secondary school

Strong subject and curriculum knowledge

Ability to engage and motivate learners
