Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Rotherham
Salary: £460 – £600 per week
Contract Type: Full time, long-term / Day-to-day

About the Role:

Responsibilities:
• Support students with learning and social development according to individual plans.
• Assist with classroom tasks and help students remain focused.
• Deliver personalised support for students with special educational needs.
• Collaborate with teachers to monitor and report student progress.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience supporting children with SEN is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and adaptability.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and students.
• Commitment to promoting student development and engagement.
