Job Title: History Teacher
Location: Barnsley
Salary: Up to £220 per day
Contract Type: Full time, long-term / Day-to-day

About the Role:
You will deliver engaging History lessons that encourage students to develop analytical thinking and a strong understanding of historical events.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging History lessons aligned with the curriculum.
• Encourage critical thinking and discussion among students.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student success.
Qualifications:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience.
• Experience teaching History at KS3/KS4 preferred.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
