Job Title: PE Teacher
Location: Rotherham (S65, S66)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

Promote fitness, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles by delivering engaging physical education lessons that inspire students to participate and succeed!

GSL Education are looking for a passionate PE Teacher to join schools in Rotherham, covering the S65 and S66 areas. The Physical Education (PE) Teacher will plan and deliver dynamic physical education lessons that develop students’ physical skills, confidence, and sportsmanship.

Main Duties:

  • Plan and deliver PE lessons in line with the curriculum.
  • Lead a variety of sports and physical activities.
  • Encourage participation, teamwork, and discipline.
  • Maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements of PE Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching Physical Education in a school setting.
  • Strong behaviour and classroom management skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
