Job Title: MFL Teacher
Location: Rotherham (S65, S66)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

Do you enjoy teaching modern foreign languages and helping students develop confidence in communication and cultural understanding?

GSL Education are looking for an enthusiastic MFL Teacher to work in Rotherham, including the S65 and S66 areas, delivering engaging language lessons.

As a Modern Foreign Language (MFL) Teacher, you will plan and deliver high-quality lessons that develop students’ skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing, while creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver structured MFL lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Teach languages such as French and/or Spanish across Key Stages.
  • Encourage active participation and build students’ confidence in communication.
  • Assess student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum delivery.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experience working as an MFL Teacher in a school setting.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
