Salary: £460 - £600 per week
Contract Type: Full-time/Part-time, Long-term/Day-to-day onwards

About the Role:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide hands-on support to students with SEN, helping them engage fully in lessons and activities. You’ll play a key role in fostering confidence, independence, and a positive learning experience for each child.
Key Responsibilities:

Support students to access the curriculum, adapting approaches to meet individual needs.

Work alongside teachers and SEN staff to deliver personalised learning and behaviour strategies.

Build meaningful relationships to encourage engagement and self-confidence.

Assist with personal care, emotional regulation, and day-to-day support where required.

Track and report on student progress to help inform SEN plans and interventions.

Contribute to a welcoming, safe, and inclusive school environment.
Qualifications & Skills:

Experience supporting children with SEN in a school environment is preferred.

Knowledge of SEN conditions and practical support strategies.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, empathy, and flexibility to respond to the needs of different students.
