Salary: £460 - £600 per week
Contract Type: Full-time/Part-time, Long-term/Day-to-day onwards

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support students in their learning and personal development, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their goals. Your work will make a real difference in students’ confidence, engagement, and success.
Responsibilities:
- Assist students in accessing lessons and activities, tailoring support to individual needs.
- Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to implement personalised learning and behaviour strategies.
- Build trusting relationships with students to encourage engagement and independence.
- Support personal care, emotional regulation, and hygiene where required, ensuring dignity and respect.
- Monitor and record student progress accurately, supporting SEN plans where needed.
- Contribute to a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience supporting students in a school setting is preferred.
- Understanding of SEN conditions and evidence-based support strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of students.
