Job Title: Maths Teacher
Location: Rotherham (S65, S66)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are searching for a skilled Maths Teacher to work in schools across Rotherham (S65, S66). This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to inspire students and support them in achieving their full potential in mathematics.

As a Mathematics Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons that encourage problem-solving, logical thinking, and a strong understanding of mathematical concepts.

Responsibilities of Maths Teacher:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured Maths lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Encourage students to develop confidence and competence in mathematics.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student achievement.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching Maths in a school setting.
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
