Job Title: Computer Science Teacher
Location: Doncaster (DN2, DN6)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time
Are you a knowledgeable and innovative Computer Science Teacher who can inspire students to explore technology and programming?
Schools in Doncaster (DN2, DN6) and GSL Education are searching for a dedicated Computer Science (CS) Teacher to deliver engaging and well-structured lessons.
As a Computer Science Teacher, you will help students develop programming skills, computational thinking, and digital literacy. You will create a supportive classroom environment where learners feel confident exploring coding, problem-solving, and modern technology concepts.
Key Duties:
- Plan and deliver clear and engaging computer science lessons.
- Teach programming, algorithms, and digital systems.
- Assess and monitor student progress regularly.
- Adapt teaching methods to support different learning needs.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and engagement.
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Computer Science in a school setting.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Good communication and organisational abilities.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
