Job Title: Design Technology Teacher
Location: Doncaster (DN2, DN6)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are searching for a skilled Design Technology Teacher to work in schools across Doncaster (DN2, DN6), delivering engaging lessons that encourage innovation, problem-solving, and hands-on learning.
As a Design Technology (DT) Teacher, you will help pupils explore design processes, materials, and practical construction skills while maintaining a safe and supportive workshop environment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality Design Technology lessons.
- Support pupils in developing practical, creative, and technical skills.
- Promote safe working practices in practical sessions.
- Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback as a Design Technology Teacher.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Design Technology in a school setting.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- A patient, creative, and engaging teaching approach.
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
