Job Title: Art Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S11)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are seeking a passionate Art Teacher to work with a school in Sheffield (S11), delivering engaging lessons that encourage creativity and confidence.
As an Art Teacher, you will plan and deliver high-quality lessons across a range of artistic techniques and media, helping students develop their practical skills, imagination, and critical understanding of art in a supportive classroom environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver well-structured Art lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Teach a variety of techniques including drawing, painting, and mixed media.
- Encourage creativity, experimentation, and individual expression.
- Assess student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Support displays, exhibitions, or extracurricular art activities where appropriate.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience working as an Art Teacher in a school setting.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
