Pay rate: £460 - £600 per week (Depending on experience)

Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work in schools across Worksop (S81). This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils in a welcoming and supportive educational environment.

As a Teaching Assistant (TA), you will work closely with teachers to provide classroom support, assist with learning activities, and help create a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all pupils.

Key Duties:

  • Support the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom organisation.
  • Provide small group and one-to-one support where required.
  • Assist in managing behaviour in line with school policies.
  • Help prepare learning materials and resources as a Teaching Assistant.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children or young people.
  • A patient, caring, and proactive approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A good understanding of safeguarding practices.
  • An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
