Job Title: Maths Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S11)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time
Develop students’ confidence in numbers, problem-solving, and logical thinking through engaging and structured mathematics lessons!
GSL Education are searching for a passionate Maths Teacher to join a school in Sheffield (S11), delivering high-quality lessons that help learners build strong numeracy and analytical skills.
As Mathematics Teacher, you will plan and deliver well-structured Maths lessons, supporting students in developing reasoning, accuracy, and confidence when working with mathematical concepts within a positive classroom environment.
What the role involves:
- Deliver mathematics lessons aligned with curriculum standards
- Support pupils in developing problem-solving and logical thinking skills
- Maintain strong classroom management and positive learning behaviour
- Assess pupil progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support learning outcomes
What we are looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience working as a Maths Teacher in a school setting
- Strong subject knowledge and communication skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
