Salary: £100 – £130 per day (Depending on Experience)

Your Role as a Cover Supervisor:
- Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring learning continues smoothly.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and keep students focused and engaged.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Support pupils across a range of subjects and year groups.
- Encourage participation, learning, and positive attitudes in the classroom.
- Maintain a calm, safe, and productive school environment.
What You’ll Need as a Cover Supervisor:
- Experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable).
- Strong communication, confidence, and leadership skills.
- A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to classroom management.
- Ability to follow lesson plans and maintain continuity of learning.
- A reliable, professional, and supportive attitude.
- An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
