Job Title: Behaviour Support/Mentor
Location: Dinnington (S25)
Pay rate:£460 - £600 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

Schools in Dinnington (S25) and GSL Education are looking for a passionate Behaviour Support/Mentor to provide consistent behavioural and pastoral support.
As a Behaviour Support/Mentor, you will work closely with pupils who may struggle with behaviour, emotional regulation, or engagement in learning. You will act as a positive role model, helping students develop coping strategies, improve conduct, and build confidence within a structured school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group mentoring support.
- Implement behaviour strategies and intervention plans.
- Build strong, professional relationships with pupils.
- Support students during lessons and unstructured times.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and pastoral teams.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in behaviour support, mentoring, or a similar role.
- Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills.
- A calm, consistent, and patient approach.
- Ability to manage challenging situations professionally.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for a new one.
