Job Title: SEN Teacher

Salary: Up to £220 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join schools in Rotherham. In this role, you will provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs, ensuring they can access the curriculum, achieve their learning goals, and develop essential skills.

About the Role

Plan and deliver engaging lessons for students with SEN

Provide individual or small-group support tailored to student needs

Support the social, emotional, and behavioural development of students

Work closely with classroom staff to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

Monitor and record student progress, reporting to the SENCO and leadership team

Maintain a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment
Requirements

Qualified teacher status (QTS) preferred

Experience working with children with SEN is desirable

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
