Salary: Up to £220 Per day
Contract Type: Full time, long-term / Day-to-day

About the Role:
As a SEMH Teacher, you will plan and deliver lessons tailored to the needs of students, support emotional and behavioural development, and maintain a safe, structured learning environment. You will work with staff to implement strategies that help students achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of students with SEMH requirements.
- Provide tailored support to encourage positive behaviour, social skills, and emotional development.
- Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive classroom environment.
- Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and external professionals to implement personalised strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of lessons, interventions, and student outcomes.
- Support students in achieving both academic and personal goals through targeted interventions.

Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience.
- Experience supporting students with SEMH needs is desirable.
- Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt lessons to individual student needs and learning styles.
- A compassionate, patient, and committed approach to student well-being and development.
