About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering lessons according to school plans, managing classroom behaviour, and supporting student learning. You will provide continuity for students during staff absences and contribute to maintaining a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver planned lessons across different subjects and year groups.
• Manage classroom behaviour to create a positive learning environment.
• Support students’ engagement, learning, and progress.
• Follow lesson plans and school procedures to ensure consistency.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on lesson delivery and student outcomes.
• Adapt to the needs of different classes and learning abilities.

Qualifications:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience preferred.
• Experience managing classes and delivering lessons effectively.
• Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students across a range of subjects.
• Flexible, adaptable, and confident in working at short notice.
