Job Title: Supply Teacher
Location: Doncaster
Salary: Up to £200 per day
Contract Type: Full time, long-term / Day-to-day

About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver lessons in line with existing plans, manage classroom behaviour effectively, and ensure that students continue to learn and progress during staff absence. You will play a key role in providing a positive and structured learning experience for all students.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver prepared lessons across various subjects and key stages.
• Manage classroom behaviour to create a safe and productive learning environment.
• Support students’ engagement, learning, and progress.
• Follow lesson plans and school policies to ensure consistency.
• Provide feedback to permanent staff regarding lesson delivery and student outcomes.
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of different classes and abilities.

Qualifications:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience preferred.
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage students across different subjects and abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, adaptable, and confident delivering lessons at short notice.
