Salary: £460–£600 per week

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support the learning and development of students. You will provide individualised assistance, help maintain a positive classroom environment, and ensure all students are able to engage with the curriculum effectively.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with classroom activities and provide one-to-one or small group support to students.
• Implement personalised learning strategies to meet individual student needs.
• Support students’ social, emotional, and academic development.
• Monitor and report on student progress, behaviour, and engagement.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to plan and deliver effective learning experiences.
• Support students with special educational needs, including those with SEMH or additional learning requirements.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and structured classroom environment.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role in a school environment is preferred.
• Understanding of SEN, SEMH, or additional support strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to the varying needs of students.
• A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to supporting learning.
