About the Role:
As a Maths Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons that develop students’ numeracy skills, critical thinking, and confidence. You will maintain a structured classroom, monitor progress, and help students achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Maths lessons across a range of abilities.
• Support students’ learning and progression through differentiated teaching strategies.
• Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment that encourages participation.
• Monitor and assess student performance, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with staff to share resources, ideas, and best practice.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, behaviour, and attendance.

Qualifications:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience.
• Experience teaching Maths at Key Stage 3/4 is preferred.
• Excellent classroom management, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and engage students in learning.
• Creative and adaptable approach to lesson planning and teaching.
