Salary: £160 – £220 per day, depending on experience

Are you a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher looking for a rewarding long-term opportunity? We are seeking an enthusiastic professional to join a secondary school in Sheffield, supporting students to achieve their full potential in Maths.
About the Role:
As a Maths Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4, inspiring students to develop confidence, problem-solving skills, and a love for mathematics. You will play a key role in helping students succeed academically while fostering an encouraging and motivating classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated Maths lessons in line with the national curriculum

Teach a variety of Maths topics, including algebra, geometry, statistics, and problem-solving

Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support improvement

Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages engagement

Prepare students effectively for examinations and internal assessments

Collaborate with colleagues to develop resources and share best practice
What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Experience teaching Maths at secondary level

Strong subject knowledge and passion for Mathematics

Excellent classroom management and organisational skills

Ability to motivate students and support their progress

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
