Early Years Teacher – All‑Through SEND School
Location: Barking & Dagenham
Start: ASAP
Contract: Full‑time, Permanent
Salary: £150-200 per day

The Role
As the Early Years Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging, child‑centred learning experiences tailored to individual developmental levels
- Create a nurturing, sensory‑aware classroom environment
- Work closely with specialist staff including therapists, LSAs and the SENDCo
- Use a play‑based and holistic approach to support communication, social development and early cognition
- Build strong relationships with families and contribute to personalised education plans
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or overseas equivalent)
- Experience within Early Years, SEND or specialist settings (desirable but not essential)
- A warm, patient and adaptable teaching approach
- Strong understanding of early childhood development
- Commitment to inclusive practice and personalised learning
