Job Title: Maths Teacher
Location: Rotherham (S65, S66)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are hiring a skilled Maths Teacher to join schools in Rotherham, covering the S65 and S66 areas. The Mathematics Teacher will deliver structured lessons that strengthen numerical fluency, algebraic understanding, and logical reasoning across key stages.

Key Duties:

  • Plan and teach high-quality maths lessons in line with the curriculum.
  • Support students in developing problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Differentiate learning to meet a range of abilities.
  • Maintain a focused and positive classroom environment.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback as Maths Teacher

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised qualification.
  • Experience teaching mathematics in a school setting.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for a new one).
