GSL Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and well-regarded primary school in Loughton to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Teacher. About the Role
You will take responsibility for an EYFS class, delivering engaging, creative, and developmentally appropriate lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. The school is looking for a teacher who can create a stimulating classroom environment where children feel safe, inspired, and eager to learn.
This role would suit both experienced teachers and confident ECTs who are passionate about giving children the very best start to their education.
Key Responsibilities

Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the EYFS framework

Creating a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

Supporting children’s social, emotional, and academic development

Monitoring progress and adapting provision to meet individual needs

Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and support staff

Building positive relationships with parents and carers
-
Contributing to the wider school community
The Ideal Candidate
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
-
Experience teaching within EYFS (including placements)
-
Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development
-
A creative, patient, and nurturing approach
-
Good classroom management and organisational skills
-
Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
-
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
