Job Title: Maths Teacher
Location: Doncaster (DN2, DN6)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time
Are you a motivated Maths Teacher who can make numbers engaging and accessible for all learners?
Schools in Doncaster (DN2, DN6) and GSL Education are hiring a dedicated Maths Teacher to deliver high-quality and well-structured lessons.
As a Mathematics Teacher, you will help students build confidence in numeracy, problem-solving, and logical reasoning. You will create a supportive classroom environment where learners feel encouraged to ask questions, practise new skills, and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver clear, engaging maths lessons.
- Support students in developing strong problem-solving skills.
- Assess and monitor progress through regular feedback.
- Adapt teaching to meet a range of learning needs.
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Mathematics in a school setting.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Good communication and organisational abilities.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
