Job Title: English Teacher
Location: Doncaster (DN2, DN6)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are seeking an experienced English Teacher to join schools in Doncaster, covering the DN2 and DN6 areas. The English Teacher will deliver structured and creative lessons that strengthen literacy skills, analytical thinking, and written expression across key stages.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and teach high-quality English lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Support students in developing reading comprehension and essay writing skills.
- Encourage discussion, interpretation, and critical analysis of texts.
- Maintain a positive and purposeful classroom environment.
- Assess progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements of English Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised qualification.
- Experience teaching English in school setting.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
