SEN Teaching Assistant – Hounslow
- Location: Hounslow
- Pay: £100–£110 per day (weekly pay, depending on experience)
- Start Date: Immediate
- Contract: Full-Time | Long-Term | Monday to Friday
Are you a graduate looking to build hands-on experience in education, psychology, SEN or mental health?
We are recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work in primary, secondary and specialist SEN schools across West London in Hounslow , supporting students with a range of additional needs. This role is ideal for graduates considering future careers in teaching, educational psychology, clinical psychology, therapy, social work or youth work.
As an SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with Special Educational Needs

Support students with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties and complex needs

Assist with classroom learning, behaviour support and structured routines

Support emotional regulation, communication and engagement

Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams
The Ideal Graduate
We are keen to hear from graduates who:

Hold a degree (Psychology, Education, Criminology, Sociology, Health & Social Care or related fields)

Have a strong interest in SEN, mental health or child development

Are calm, patient, resilient and proactive

Are available full-time, Monday to Friday

Have experience with children or young people (schools, care, tutoring, youth work, volunteering or personal experience welcomed)
No prior school experience required – full support and guidance provided.
