Job Title: PE Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S11)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are proud to be seeking an enthusiastic and committed PE Teacher to join schools in the S11 area of Sheffield.

As a Physical Education (PE) Teacher, you will deliver engaging practical and theory-based lessons that develop pupils’ physical skills, teamwork, and understanding of fitness and wellbeing.

Prime Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality PE lessons across key stages.
  • Organise sports activities, fixtures, and extracurricular clubs.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress in line with curriculum expectations.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive sporting environment.
  • Contribute to whole-school health and wellbeing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
  • Experience working as a PE Teacher in school setting.
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Passion for sport, fitness, and student development.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
