Salary: Up to £220 Per day

About the Role:
As a SEMH Teacher, you will plan and deliver lessons that meet the individual needs of students, supporting their social, emotional, and academic development. You will play a key role in fostering a positive, structured learning environment and ensuring students achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement personalised lesson plans and interventions tailored to the needs of SEMH students.
  • Create a structured and supportive classroom environment that encourages positive behaviour.
  • Monitor and track student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and external professionals to deliver comprehensive support.
  • Support students in developing social skills, emotional resilience, and academic confidence.
  • Maintain accurate records of student activities, interventions, and outcomes.
  • Adapt teaching strategies to meet the dynamic needs of the students.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience.
  • Experience supporting students with SEMH or similar needs is highly desirable.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Ability to plan differentiated lessons and adapt teaching to individual abilities.
  • Compassionate, patient, and committed to student well-being and development.
