About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during teacher absence, ensuring students remain engaged and focused. You will maintain the smooth running of lessons, support behaviour management, and contribute to the overall learning experience of the students.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage classes in the absence of the usual teacher, maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Follow lesson plans and school procedures to ensure consistency and continuity of learning.
- Support students’ engagement and participation in all activities.
- Monitor and report on student behaviour, attendance, and progress.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and senior leaders to ensure effective communication and support.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including record keeping and reporting as required.

Qualifications:
- Experience working in a classroom or education setting is preferred.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage students across different year groups.
- Reliable, adaptable, and confident in supervising classes independently.
