About the Role:
As a Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering lessons in line with existing plans, maintaining classroom management, and supporting students’ learning across various subjects. You will play a key role in ensuring educational continuity during staff absence and providing a positive experience for students.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver prepared lessons across a range of subjects and key stages.
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Support students’ engagement, learning, and progress.
- Follow lesson plans and school procedures to maintain consistency.
- Provide feedback to teaching staff on lesson delivery and student outcomes.
- Adapt lessons and resources to meet the needs of different classes and abilities.

Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience preferred.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students across different abilities and subjects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and confident in delivering lessons at short notice.
