Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Doncaster (DN2, DN6)
Pay rate: £460 - £600 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are hiring a caring and reliable Teaching Assistant to join schools in Doncaster, covering the DN2 and DN6 areas. The Teaching Assistant (TA) will work closely with class teachers to support students with their learning, behaviour, and engagement in lessons.
Key Duties of Teaching Assistant:
- Support students individually or in small groups with learning activities.
- Assist in preparing and adapting classroom resources.
- Promote positive behaviour and encourage participation.
- Help maintain a safe and structured learning environment.
- Follow safeguarding policies and school procedures at all times.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
- Patient, supportive, and adaptable approach.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
