Pay rate: £460 - £600 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract type -Day-to-day/ Long-term, Full-time/ Part-time

GSL Education are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work in schools in Worksop (S81), providing classroom support and helping students to stay engaged and confident in their learning.
As a Teaching Assistant (TA), you will work closely with teachers to support pupils across a range of subjects, offering guidance, encouragement, and additional help where needed to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities.
- Work with small groups or individual pupils to provide targeted support.
- Help maintain a positive, safe, and focused classroom environment.
- Assist with preparing learning materials and classroom resources.
- Support pupils with additional needs, ensuring inclusive practice at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar school-based role.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- A clear commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
