Job Title: PE Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S5, S9)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

Are you an energetic and motivating PE Teacher who can inspire students to stay active and healthy?

Schools in Sheffield (S5, S9) and GSL Education are looking for a committed Physical Education (PE) Teacher to deliver engaging and well-planned physical education lessons.

As a PE Teacher, you will promote teamwork, resilience, and physical fitness through a range of sports and activities. You will create a positive and inclusive environment where students feel confident participating and developing their skills.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver structured, engaging PE lessons.
  • Promote healthy lifestyles and active participation.
  • Assess and monitor student progress in practical activities.
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour and safety.
  • Support extracurricular sports and school events.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching Physical Education in a school setting.
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Good organisational and communication abilities.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
