Job Title: Art Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S5, S9)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Art Teacher to join schools in Sheffield, covering the S5 and S9 areas. The Art Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons across key stages, supporting students in developing practical techniques and exploring a range of artistic styles and media.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver structured, engaging art lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Teach a variety of techniques including drawing, painting, and mixed media.
- Create a positive and inclusive studio-style classroom environment.
- Support students in developing portfolios and preparing for assessments.
- Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to support improvement.
Requirements of Art Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised qualification.
- Experience teaching art in a secondary school setting.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Passion for creativity and nurturing individual talent.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
