Secondary Schools (KS3 & KS4)

Full-Time & Part-Time Available | Term Time Only
Are you passionate about education and looking to gain valuable experience in secondary schools? We are seeking confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to work across a range of welcoming and supportive secondary schools throughout the South Manchester area.
The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Deliver pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the class teacher

Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
-
Ensure students remain on task and engaged with their learning
-
Support pupils across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
-
Provide feedback to teaching staff following lessons

What We’re Looking For

A confident and professional classroom presence

Strong communication and behaviour management skills

A degree qualification (desirable)

Previous experience working with young people (preferred but not essential)

A current DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
