Job Title: Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant
Location: Dinnington (S25)
Payrate: £100+ per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Day-to-day / Long-term | Part-time / Full-time

GSL Education are pleased to recruit a committed Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant for a school in the Dinnington (S25) area.
As a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant (TA), you will work closely with pupils who require additional behavioural and emotional support, helping them engage with learning in a structured and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted behavioural support within the classroom.
- Implement behaviour plans and intervention strategies.
- Support pupils in managing emotions and developing self-regulation skills.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and pastoral staff.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements of Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant:
- Previous experience in a behaviour support or similar role.
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills.
- Calm, patient, and resilient approach.
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
