Job Title: Behaviour Support/Mentor
Location: Sheffield (S2, S3)
Pay rate: £460 - £600 per week (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are looking for a reliable Behaviour Support/Mentor to work in schools across Sheffield, covering the S2 and S3 areas. The Behaviour Support/Mentor will work closely with students who require additional guidance, helping them manage behaviour, build resilience, and re-engage with learning.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group mentoring to support behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
- Implement behaviour support strategies and intervention plans.
- Build positive, professional relationships with students.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and pastoral teams.
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate records of support provided.
Requirements of Behaviour Support/Mentor:
- Experience working with young people with behavioural or SEMH needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Calm, patient, and resilient approach.
- Ability to set clear boundaries and promote positive behaviour.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
